Sublimated Jerseys and Uniforms
Sublimation is a printing method which is computer generated which allows for very detailed printing and also allows for multiple print locations like front numbers, back numbers, sleeve logos, flags etc. which is all included in the price which is different than screen printing where a person gets charged for each location that is printed.
The sublimation process typically starts with a solid white roll of cloth and the printer then prints out a jersey pattern in full color from a plotter. The printer then uses a heat process to transfer the dye pattern directly to the white fabric. The sublimation process applies the pigment directly into the material in a vibrant and colorfast way. The pattern is then cut out typically by lasers and then the pieces are sewn together.
One of the biggest advantages of sublimation is that it does not fade or peel. Another advantage is that most manufacturers will let you fill-in 1 jersey at a time vs. needing to meet certain minimum print quantities for screen printing.

Tackle Twill Jerseys and Uniforms
Tackle Twill is another type of custom jerseys that we are able to offer through some of our manufacturers. Tackle Twill is a kind of embroidery method that involves sewing custom cut twill patches or applique onto fabric. This method is used most often for letters and numbers but can also be used for logos. Tackle Twill also has the option of adding multiple layers of applique to create a bold 3D effect on your custom product. We have multiple companies that can offer this service for custom jerseys.
