Baseball bat policies: All unused bats may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned bats must be unused and in original shrink wrap. If the shrink wrap is removed from the bat, the bat is then considered a used bat and can not be returned to Dugout Sports.  Used or defective bats must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.   A copy of your invoice or receipt is required by most manufacturers for warranty replacements, if you can not find your receipt or need another copy contact us at customerservice@dugoutsports.com.
