| Dugout Sports wants you to be happy with our products and our services. That is why we have made our returns process as quick and convenient for you as possible. At Dugout Sports, we wish for your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and will accept returns for any unused product for a full credit within 60 days of purchase. Note returned merchandise must be unused and in original wrappers, including all tags, packaging and accessories. You are responsible for shipping charges, unless you received damaged or incorrect item.
Returns and exchanges require a RMA# (return merchandise authorization). Please email returns@dugoutsports.com to receive your RMA# for returns or exchanges, and for return shipping instructions. Please include order number and reason for return or exchange in email. Upon receipt and verification of the return or exchange you will receive a prompt exchange or refund. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. We will refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. Drop shipped items directly from the manufacturer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You may want to insure any return merchandise as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Special orders, team orders or other special accommodations are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Please be aware that it may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size. Baseball bat policies: All unused bats may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Returned bats must be unused and in original shrink wrap. If the shrink wrap is removed from the bat, the bat is then considered a used bat and can not be returned to Dugout Sports. Used or defective bats must be returned directly to manufacturer for repair or replacement. You can view our Warranty/Vendor Info page for the warranty phone numbers for each manufacturer. A copy of your invoice or receipt is required by most manufacturers for warranty replacements, if you can not find your receipt or need another copy contact us at customerservice@dugoutsports.com.
