All orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Central Time will ship same day with the exception of out of stock items and drop shipments. Most orders are shipped in one business day (except weekends and holidays). Certain factory direct items may take an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Depending on stock and shipping destination, items will be shipped from Texas unless it is direct from the factory.
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. You may choose UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air during checkout for an additional charge. Note certain bulk items such as (pitching machines, batting cages, batting cage nets, pop up nets, etc.) are ground shipping only. Certain bulk weight items may have additional shipping charges. You will be notified by email of any additional charges before the order is processed. Backordered items are all shipped standard ground delivery when the product is received in stock. If you selected an express delivery method during checkout only the instock items will be shipped with the express delivery service.
UPS delivers Monday-Friday. UPS does not include weekends or major holidays when calculating delivery time. A package shipped 2nd Day Air on Thursday, for example, would be scheduled for Monday delivery.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. When possible please make sure the shipping address includes a street address where the shipment can be signed for when applicable. Orders to PO Boxes without street addresses can not be processed. You will be contacted for a street address before we will process the order.
Orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary depending on operational conditions and unit of addressee. Those in established bases should receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints. Average delivery time for USPS Priority Mail packages is 10 to 15 days.
Multiple items may be shipped separately. Shipments may arrive directly from supplier or manufacturer.
Returns and exchanges require RMA# (return merchandise authorization). Please email email@example.com to receive RMA# and return shipping instructions. Please see our returns page for further information on returns and exchanges.
All merchandise is new and carries the full manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated).
